Shipping is calculated by the number of products and the zip code in your area.

All purchase orders placed through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies outside of Dulce Contorno.

The delivery of the product will be made to the address indicated by the user when making their purchase.

If the customer needs to change the delivery address, they may do so within the first 12 hours after making the purchase.

If the package has already been delivered to the parcel service, NO change can be made to the address. If you require delivery to the nearest branch, this will cause a delay in delivery of up to 10 business days.

 

Production time for orders placed after 1:00 p.m. It will start from the next day.

Purchases made on Saturdays and Sundays will begin to be made starting Monday business day.

 

Delivery is made by a supplier external to Dulce Contorno and delivery time may vary from 2 to 7 business days, starting from the day your order is delivered to the parcel. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

In the event that the parcel does not arrive at the requested location, the package will be deposited at the nearest parcel branch.

In the event that no one is there to receive the package at the address provided on a first or second visit, the package will be deposited in the nearest branch and will be left there for three business days. If it is not claimed, it will be returned to Dulce Contorno and the customer must pay the cost of the return.

Parcel deliveries will only be made on business days and could take up to 10 business days in some cases.

Once your cookie cutters are delivered to the parcel, you will receive a spam/junk email with the tracking number so you can track the product.

Upon receiving the product at the indicated address, the user is obliged to review the product. In case of any damage, the user must notify it immediately via WhatsApp to the telephone number 442 784 1722 and must keep the packaging and guide to compile photographic evidence.

LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

For lost shipping, we will replace or refund at our discretion once the carrier has confirmed that the item is lost. Items that are not yet confirmed to be delivered or lost by the carrier may still be delivered and are not eligible for refund until the carrier has determined the final status of delivery or loss. For damaged items, we will replace or refund upon receipt of acceptable proof of damage. We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as acceptable evidence.
